CHEMEX COFFEE Brew Guide

Chemex is a unique pour over brew method with it's own cult following. The gorgeous, beaker-like design is a stand out addition to any brew bar, but brewing coffee with a Chemex does have a bit of a learning curve. The Chemex filter is 20-30% thicker than normal coffee filters, which filters out more fines and coffee oils, resulting in a cleaner cup of coffee, with more nuanced clarity and finer body than normal drip coffee.
