The expected processing & handling time is generally 1-2 days for US orders and 3-8 days for international orders. You'll receive a notification via email with the tracking information. Please note we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations of your order after the order has been confirmed.

Occasionally international orders can take as long as 4+ weeks for delivery to remote destinations such as countries located in Central & South America, Africa & The Middle East. Shipping CARRIERS & SERVICES
USA orders: we've partnered with Amazon fulfillment services to deliver orders across the USA. Amazon provides the fastest & most reliable fulfillment network in the USA.
International orders: Shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen and sent via a wide variety of carriers. Prior to shipping and ordering we cannot guarantee which shipping service or warehouse will be used. Our fulfillment partner will choose the best available shipping option available to your country.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
We do our best to eliminate/minimize duties by shipping from one of our international warehouses. ICOSA Brewhouse is not responsible for any customs, duties or import fees associated with receiving your order.
If your destination country charges fees (import tariff, value added tax, customs handling fees, etc) you will be responsible to cover these costs. The actual value of the parcel will be reported on the customs documents, and the fees will be collected by the Post Office or courier service provider of your country. In case the delivery of an order is delayed due to customs, we bear no responsibility.
TAXES & VAT
We are required by different countries and jurisdictions to collect taxes for orders and shipping. Taxes are not included in the sale price of products listed on our website, but are charged at time of checkout based on the purchaser's shipping address.
