Our 90-day Warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Breakages caused by shipping

Our 90-day Warranty does not cover:

• Regular wear & tear

• Breakages due to misuse, neglect, or intentional damage (this includes any breakages caused by hard objects, spoons, brewers, and ice)

Just like your home brewed coffee, all of our glassware products are 100% handcrafted. There are no fancy tools or machinery, each glass product is made by hand and mouth blown by masters in glass craftsmanship. For example, a single AVENSI glass requires a team of 5 glass craftsman (each with a minimum of 6 years experience) to make a single glass! That’s a combined 30+ years of experience that goes into making each glass 😮(we even filmed a shortvideo to show how our AVENSI glasses are made)

Just like all handmade glassware, no two pieces of glassware are 100% alike. During the manufacturing process, the molten glass is a viscous material and is moulded into it's final shape over several steps–although we work with the highest possible standards for quality control, there will inevitably always be small discrepancies in weight or form. 


As glassware makers, we understand that glass might not be completely immune to breakage or defect (especially when international shipping is involved).

During the first 90-days of using your product (from the date that your product is delivered to your doorstep), if your  product has any breakages from shipping or if your product is found to have any manufacturing defects, we will replace the damaged/defective item with the same item.

Note that the warranty does not cover cosmetic wear from normal use. Like any glass products, our glassware isn't immune to small scratches, nicks, stains, or blemishes. But if something breaks due to manufacturer defect, don’t worry one bit. We’re behind you all the way.


Our warranty primarily covers defects or failures that affect the core functionality of our products. If you have a dirty or stained product, follow our simple instructions for cleaning it.

Aside from that, we're not going to nickel-and-dime you out of a warranty with a bunch of silly exceptions. We've built our reputation on building high-quality coffee gear and offering the best customer service out there, and we’re going to keep up our end of that bargain. We kindly ask our customers to keep up their end, too. Please don’t interpret our warranty as a license to misuse, neglect, or intentionally destroy your ICOSA Brewhouse coffee gear. We reserve the right to not replace a AVENSI glass that exploded because you pressed down REALLY HARD with an Aeropress, threw ice into the glass for a cool photoshoot, gave a really boisterous cheers to a friend, and so forth. We also reserve the right to change this policy in the future.
