Return Policy

Proof of purchase must be provided documenting the purchase time within the allowed timeframe to be eligible to receive replacement or refund. Please retain purchase receipts for your records. 

Returns are welcome within 30 days. We really hope you love your ICOSA Brewhouse products. But if you're unhappy for any reason, or have changed your mind about wanting them, we'll take them back.

Returns must be unused and in original packaging (because otherwise we can't find a new home for them!). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to ICOSA Brewhouse within 30 calendar days of receipt of the item(s). This return policy only applies to new product(s) purchased directly from the Icosa Brewhouse website. All return items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. (See “How to Return an Item” below.)

We offer refunds or replacements of unused merchandise, less 20% restocking fee and associated shipping charges.
Returns and damages caused by misuse or non-household use are not covered within this policy and are purely at the discretion of ICOSA Brewhouse. Items received with broken glass are not considered defective products. ICOSA Brewhouse must be notified of any breakage within 5 calendar days of the delivery date.

How to Return an Item

  1. Obtain an RMA number. To return an item, contact our support team at support@icosabrewhouse.com within 30 days after receiving your package. The subject line must start with “RETURN REQUEST - <ORDER NUMBER>” and in the email, please explain your reason why you’re sending the product back. Our support team will determine what further action is required. They will give you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Icosa Brewhouse will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Returns with an invalid, expired, or missing RMA number will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
  2. Prepare your return. You must properly package the product, clearly marking the RMA number on the package and include a copy of your proof of purchase date with the product. All return items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, manuals, documentation, and accessories. The value of any missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. You may print a return label here
  3. Ship your return. All return packages should be insured and trackable. There will be no refunds on items damaged in shipping and we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You must file a claim with the carrier. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that we do not reimburse shipping costs.   1. Issues during return shipping. Please note that all exchanges and returns must be in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition. We also cannot accept a return if your item arrives damaged, or issue a refund if your package is lost, when you ship it back to us.   
  2. Processing your return. Once the parcel is returned to our warehouse successfully, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all accessories included, we will process your return within 3-10 days and issue you a refund. Refunds are only issued via Paypal. You will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. 
Defective Items

If you discover what you believe is a product with a manufacturer defect, please contact our support team at support@icosabrewhouse.com with the subject line “DEFECTIVE PRODUCT - <ORDER NUMBER>”  and provide detailed photos of the suspected manufacturer defect with a detailed description of the issue. You must report any product defects within 5 calendar days of receiving your product(s). A preliminary assessment will be conducted by our team based on the photos and information you provide. If the preliminary assessment via email deems your product defective, we will request that you return the item following the return process outlined above. Once your item is received, a full evaluation of the item will be conducted and if your product is deemed defective, we will offer a replacement product or full refund. If your product is not deemed defective, you are responsible for the reshipping fee to have it returned to you.

The following items may NOT be returned:
  • Any item without a return authorization number.
  • Used or damaged items
  • Discontinued products
  • Products that are not in their original packaging and containing all accessories
  • Items over 30 days of the shipment receipt date
