Where Do Coffee Flavors Come From?


We caught up with our friend Luke from &Bloss–an international coffee sensory trainer, roaster, and passionate coffee lover. Over 1 year ago, he joined us when we first started experimenting with coffee from different shaped wine and spirit glasses to come up with the initial AVENSI concepts.


We made a trip to visit Luke at his coffee lab to talk with him about how we can get the most out of our coffee’s flavor, and why using unique cups like the AVENSI will make a big difference for enjoying our coffee. This was super interesting and eye opening for us, as I’m sure it will be for you too!


AVENSI is the first step in a new chapter to change the way people experience and appreciate their coffee, and we hope that AVENSI will become the new standard for coffee cups in every home, shop, and hand.
